What happens when Chinese, Malay, Indian and countless other culinary traditions meet on one small island? You get Singapore. And a food culture that refuses to fit neatly into one category. For our next edition of How We Dine Is How We Live, we're travelling to Singapore. Without leaving our living room in Vilnius. Our host for the evening is Luke, a Singaporean man of many talents. Apparently, cooking is one of them. We're about to find out. Luke will be preparing a dinner inspired by the flavours and food traditions of home. And as always at Socialoftas, the food is only part of the evening.
