Report an event, a person or what they posted
Bonder has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Tap the ··· menu on an event comment, host note or host announcement, beside Share on an event page, on an album photo or photo comment, a chat message (or press and hold the message), a profile, or a venue or organizer page, then choose Report. Pick a reason, add details if you like, and it goes to our moderation queue. Reporting an event also hides it for you. Reports are private: the person you report is never told who reported them. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks the Terms of Use and suspend the accounts that post it. Uploaded images are screened automatically; flagged images are held for review or removed. Something urgent or illegal? Email bondersupport@gmail.com as well.
Hide an event
Choose Hide this event in the ··· menu beside Share on an event page. It disappears from your feed, search and the map at once, for you only. Settings, Safety, Hidden events lists the events you hid or reported, with Unhide next to each.
Block someone
Choose Block in the same ··· menu (on an event page, it blocks the event's host). You stop seeing each other's comments, photos, messages and plans, and follows are removed both ways. Settings, Safety, Blocked accounts lists everyone you blocked, with Unblock next to each.
Delete your account
Signed in, go to Settings, Delete account (in the iPhone app: Me, the gear button, Delete account). You are signed out on every device straight away and have seven days to sign in and restore it. After that your profile, email, photos, comments, messages and problem reports are deleted, and events only you host are removed (upcoming ones are cancelled first). Only reports and blocks other people filed about you are kept, until handled and then for 12 months, as the Privacy Policy describes. Cannot sign in? Email bondersupport@gmail.com from the address you use on Bonder and we will delete it for you.

Pagalba lietuviškai
Rašykite bondersupport@gmail.com, atsakome į kiekvieną laišką. Kas neveikia, praneškite čia. Renginį, komentarą, nuotrauką, organizatoriaus pastabą ar pranešimą, žinutę, profilį ar vietos bei organizatoriaus puslapį galite pranešti (Report) arba užblokuoti (Block) per meniu ··· (renginio puslapyje jis šalia „Share“, pokalbio žinutę galite ir paspausti bei palaikyti). Renginio puslapyje tame pačiame meniu galite renginį paslėpti (Hide this event): jis dings iš jūsų sąrašo, paieškos ir žemėlapio. Pranešus apie renginį, jis jums taip pat paslepiamas. Užblokuotus žmones matysite ir atblokuosite nustatymuose: Safety, Blocked accounts, o paslėptus renginius vėl parodysite skiltyje Safety, Hidden events. „Bonder“ netoleruoja netinkamo turinio ir piktnaudžiaujančių naudotojų: pranešimus peržiūrime per 24 valandas, pažeidžiantį turinį šaliname, o jį paskelbusias paskyras sustabdome. Įkelti vaizdai tikrinami automatiškai; pažymėti vaizdai sulaikomi peržiūrai arba pašalinami. Paskyrą ištrinsite nustatymuose: septynias dienas ją dar galima atkurti, po to ištrinami jūsų duomenys, įrašai ir renginiai, kuriuos rengiate vieni. Kitų žmonių pranešimus ir blokavimus apie jus saugome, kol jie išnagrinėjami, ir dar 12 mėnesių. Daugiau: privatumo politika ir naudojimosi sąlygos.
