Tech for Fintech is back 💪 This time with two practical AI talks from people using it in real engineering environments. No broad predictions about where AI is going. We’ll look at what actually works today: from adopting AI inside a regulated bank to getting much more out of Claude Code. Talks 🎤 Tomas Smalakys, CIO at SME Bank Agentic AI in Regulated Environments: What Actually Works What happens when you bring AI into engineering inside a regulated bank? Tomas will share lessons from real AI rollouts across banking: where AI genuinely speeds up engineering work, where human review still needs to stay in place, and how to adopt it without running into DORA and EBA compliance requirements. 🎤 Laurynas Motiejūnas, Senior Software Engineer at Inventi Stack the Odds – Claude Code Session Management Most engineers use Claude Code like a chat window: type, read, type again. Laurynas will show a different way to work with it – treating every turn as a decision with multiple options. He’ll cover the commands, context mechanics and caching economics that can make the difference between consistently useful answers and simply getting lucky. 🙋Questions are very welcome – we’ll make it easy to ask them throughout the event in different formats. 🍻And don’t rush home after the talks.
